Delivery Policy
All Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day. Items may be sent with a number of couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, DX, Evri or Fastway.
Most orders arrive within 2/3 working days. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive before you contact us and then we will track the item and if there is problem we will send you a replacement. At busy times of the year and times of severe weather, items can take slightly longer to arrive.
Delivery is FREE to all parts of the UK.
WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR DELIVERY TO SCOTLAND or NORTHERN IRELAND.
Cancellation/Refund Policy/Returns
As we send all our orders out fast please contact us phone on 02870558374 if you would like to cancel your order, if it has been shipped you can return it for a full Refund up to 28 days after you receive your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can send it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. For all faulty products or wrong items sent we will refund your postage charges for sending items back.
If the packing on your goods looks damaged please check the items before signing for them as when you sign for the goods, you are declaring that they were in good condition when you received them.
